I can't speak highly enough of Tasy and his team. The workmanship is top quality, and the help and advise during the build stage really helped me make the right decisions. We renovated the kitchen, lounge, dining room making a more open planned space. This involved removing internal walls, installing ceiling beams, etc... I'm a tradie myself, and I know no short cuts were taken with either materials or execution of the build. Tasy, himself, is very approachable, honest, and clearly wanted the best outcome for my project. The result shows it too. The team was always courteous, well presented, and on time. I can honestly say that we would never have renovated without Tas-Built. Tas is the most professional, ethical and honest builder out there. And he is an all round great guy! He is a straight shooter in the best way possible because he has integrity and does what he says he will do. I would trust Tas to do any work for me and I would trust anyone he recommended. Tasy was engaged to build a rear extension to our house, which involved significant excavation and difficult site access. The project went for almost 6 months and we lived in our house (with two children under 3) while the build took place. We were most impressed with Tasy’s respect for our family and our home while building and his accommodation of our needs while we lived through the build. He always offered to help when our children and I needed to leave the house during the day and always kept the site incredibly clean (and safe!) each day. Tasy also ensured this level of respect extended to his subcontractors. Tasy was very organised throughout the project. Tasy took a very thoughtful approach to the project, suggesting practical solutions and additions where necessary to the original design. We have been very happy with the high quality of the completed work and Tasy’s commitment post completion to making sure everything was just right. We've all heard the renovation horror stories, so I have to admit it was with not a small amount of trepidation that I approached the idea of renovating my house. However, from the outset, my interaction with Tasy from Tas-built indicated that here was someone who was very different from the run of the mill builder. Tasy's open and honest communication style was what really won me over and from the beginning I knew exactly what I was getting, how much it was going to cost and when it would be completed. To my delight the project was delivered within budget and sooner than anticipated. The actual building process was smooth and Tasy lead his team to ensure that disruption to myself and my family was minimised. We actually lived in our home while the extension was taking place and although I thought this would have been near impossible, Tasy was accommodating and allowed this to occur. As a consequence I was able to save money on renting, money which I was able to funnel back into the renovation reducing my overall financing requirement. I've subsequently engaged Tasy for additional work and have recommended him to both relatives and friends. All who have engaged Tasy have found the experience of working with him and his team to be as much of a pleasure as I did. I would highly recommend Tas-Built for renovation projects. Tas-Built did an excellent job renovating my bathroom, laundry and installing air -conditioning. It was a difficult job being a unit on the top floor, with no lift access. They managed to do the job at short notice fitting around the tenant's last minute vacation. They were very thorough, had excellent attention to detail and maximized the use of a small space. They were on time and on budget. I would definitely use them for a future project.Read More
